[ Spec no. RH-2026 ]•Bespoke engineering studio
Websites, online stores, mobile apps and the automation behind them — scoped in writing and priced as a fixed number before anything gets built.
Section 02 / scope calculator
Three decisions — how much the platform has to do, who runs it afterwards, and nothing else. The figures come from the same published catalogue as the pricing page.
[ Scope ]
2.2Visitors ask for something and it reaches you structured, rather than as a loose email you have to decode.
For example — E-commerce + inquiry system (2.2) from E-commerce platforms. A business site, mobile app or automation at this scope is priced the same way.
[ Who runs it ]
The code stays with us while we run it. Your database is yours either way, and you can take the code whenever you want — you just repay what the discount saved you.
Spec estimate · 2.2
Upfront
₹21K – ₹35K
Monthly
~₹3.8K
Indicative only. The real number comes after a discovery call, in writing, and does not move unless the scope does.
Section 03 / diagnostic filter
People are already searching for you and finding nothing to click on.
No bookings, no orders, no leads — just a digital brochure nobody's updated.
Built years ago, never touched since, and it shows the moment someone opens it.
Bookings, orders or leads are coming in faster than a WhatsApp chat can handle.
Section 04 / engineering disciplines
Every line below exists because a real client needed it and nothing off the shelf fit. If something off the shelf does fit yours, we will tell you that instead — and set it up for you.
Section 05 / studio manifesto
Anyone can write code. The part that decides whether you enjoy the next six months is what was agreed before it was written.

Every engagement starts with a written brief and a number. You approve a fixed scope at a fixed price — no discovery billed by the hour, no surprise change orders halfway through.
Let us host and maintain the platform and 30% comes off the build, because the recurring relationship pays for it. The code stays with us while we run it — and you can take it whenever you like by repaying what the discount saved you. Your database is yours from day one either way.
A landing page, a catalog site and a full commerce platform are different products, not one product at three discounts. We quote the tier that fits, and tell you when the cheaper one is enough.
If a Shopify setup solves your problem for a tenth of a custom build, we will say so and set it up for you. Consulting is a service here, not a funnel.
Section 06 / engagement process
Five phases, each ending in something you keep. You can stop after any of them — phase one alone leaves you with a written specification you are free to take elsewhere.
2–5 days
We sit with your goals, your audience and your constraints before anyone opens an editor. You leave this phase with a written project brief and a technical specification — yours to keep, whether or not you hire us.
Deliverable — Project brief & technical specification
3–7 days
Milestones, delivery dates and a payment schedule, written down. Standard terms are 50% on signing and 50% on acceptance; milestone-based quarters are available if that suits your cash flow better.
Deliverable — Signed agreement & kickoff schedule
1–10 weeks
Weekly progress updates, three to five review touchpoints, and security and performance testing before anything is called finished. You see the work in staging throughout — no reveal at the end.
Deliverable — Working platform in staging
2–5 days
Pre-launch checklist, production deploy, smoke tests, your acceptance testing, then go-live. We watch it closely for the first 48 hours.
Deliverable — Live, fully functional platform
Ongoing, optional
Monitoring, patches, enhancements and quarterly reviews on the support tier you choose. Decline it and the code is still entirely yours — this phase is a service, not a lock-in.
Deliverable — Continuous service and support
Section 07 / operational custody
The same build, sold two ways. The difference is who looks after it afterwards — and that decision is worth 30% of the build price.
We build it, host it and keep it running. You use it.
Businesses that want the platform working, not a codebase to look after.
We build it and hand you everything. No monthly.
Teams with their own developers, or anyone who needs the code in-house.
30% off the build when we host and maintain it. The code stays with us while we run it — and you can take it whenever you want by repaying what the discount saved you, plus anything built since.
How the monthly worksSection 08 / structural guarantees
A studio holding your code and your hosting is a fair thing to be wary of. So these four are structural rather than promises — each one is a term, not a sentiment.
In every arrangement, including the one where we hold the code. A full export in a standard format, on request, at no charge, at any time.
Not for marketing, not for promotion, not for training anything, and not as a case study without your written permission.
End the contract and your database and content come back to you — including where an invoice is outstanding. The code is the only thing that stays, and only if it was never bought.
Before you sign, not after you ask. It is the discount repaid, so you can work it out yourself from your own invoice.
Section 09 / client questions
Something not covered? Ask us directly — we answer within a working day.
Landing pages and promotional sites run ₹2K–₹10K, priced by the number of pages. Beyond that: entry-level builds ₹10K–₹50K, standard ₹50K–₹1.5L, advanced ₹1.5L–₹3L, and enterprise ₹3L and up — and 30% comes off those figures if we host and maintain the result. The pricing page breaks it down tier by tier. A written quote follows the discovery call, and it is a fixed number, not a range.
One-time charges are 50% on signing and 50% on completion and acceptance; milestone payment — 25% at the end of each of the four phases — is available on request. Monthly charges are billed in advance on the 1st, with third-party usage billed in arrears against what you actually used. Quarterly prepayment is available and annual prepayment carries a 10% discount.
Three things, itemised separately on every invoice. Hosting — infrastructure, monitoring, backups and the operations behind them, priced by the scale your platform needs. Maintenance — security patches, dependency updates, bug fixes and a set number of development hours each month. And third-party fees — domain, OTP, storage, payment gateway — passed through at cost with no markup, billed against actual usage. You can see every line and ask for the vendor invoices.
That is your choice, and it is the one decision that changes the price. Pay the full build price and the repository, documentation and design assets are yours at handover, with six months of support on them. Or let us host and maintain it and 30% comes off the build — the code then stays with us while we run it. You are not locked in either way: the database is yours from day one in both arrangements, and you can take the code at any point by repaying what the discount saved you plus the cost of anything built since.
No, and we have made that structural rather than a promise. Your database is yours in every arrangement — a full export in a standard format, on request, at no charge, at any time, including where an invoice is outstanding. We never use your data for our own marketing or for training anything. And the buyout price is published before you sign rather than negotiated after you ask, so you can work out the cost of leaving from your own invoice.
From a few days for a landing page to ten weeks for a full enterprise commerce platform. Typical lead time before work starts is one to two weeks, and we guarantee a 90-day completion timeline on standard scopes.
If we host it, maintenance runs from day one — monitoring, patches, backups and development hours every month, on the tier that matches your platform. If you took the handover instead, thirty days of bug fixes are included and six months of support on the source code, after which the platform is yours to run and we are available for custom work when you want us.
Regularly. We do UI/UX refreshes, feature additions, full rebuilds, migrations off legacy systems, and setup on Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce. Technical and security audits are available as standalone engagements.
The biggest one is the 30% off the build when we host and maintain it. On top of that: ten to fifteen percent on bundles and multi-service engagements, ten percent for referred clients, twenty percent for non-profits and early-stage startups, and ten percent for annual prepayment. Discounts do not stack without agreement. Peak season carries a 15% premium — we will tell you if that applies before quoting, not after.
Yes, on request and before discovery if you prefer. Ask for it in your first message and we will send ours, or sign yours.
A short call, a written brief, and a fixed quote. No sales sequence, no obligation, and the specification is yours either way.
